Declaration of Interest

 WJ declared that wife is on the Church Committee.

CC raised a point of declaration that WJ uses David Holvey for work outside the Council and as such should have declared an interest. CC pointed out that WJ could favour the bid by David Holvey therefore not being impartial.

The council was not sure and WJ to contact Monitoring Officer for clarification.

Cemetery

Cemeteries now open. Problem with rabbits and moles. WJ to see if council will help with cost. LJ stated church happy to pay 50% of costs.

Action WJ to ask NKDC for contribution.

5 Monuments affected and laid down in accordance with report

Action CC to contact owners to see about getting monuments re erected at Parishioners cost.

Ground Maintenance

2 quotes were considered for the season 2026 and 2027. One from David Holvey, the second from Glendales.

David Holvey was considered to be the preferred supplier.

SQ raised the point about the trees at Kirstead bridge and asked if the residents could receive help with cost.
